Wow, it has been a busy month. I have been to Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and now I am about to head out to Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho for my Yellowstone vacation.
I can’t believe it’s finally here. I have been so excited for what seems like forever but in reality has only been a few months. So much has happened in that time; I decided to move back to my hometown area, my good friend Jordan moved away, Joel moved back, I traveled extensively, and I found a new definition of exhaustion.
I have to admit, no matter how excited I am about this vacation, it is tempered with the knowledge that I have to fly a long way in a cramped plane. I’ve seen enough planes for a while. I always fly Southwest and since they have been the only airline that has been able to keep costs down, every plane has been filled to capacity. I miss the old days when I and a few others were the only ones on the plane.
But I am glad I fly Southwest because it is easy to earn rewards.
I’ll go for now, but I hope to post some thought when I get to Yellowstone. It all depends on Internet availability and time. See you on the flip side.
